Pool Room Project

This project, sponsored by the female members of the Andronicus Chapter, involved repainting the walls, ceiling and assorted mouldings. One member even created new velvet drapes with tie-cords for the window!

Kitchen paint Project

Kitchen Repaint: sponsored by the Andronicus Alumni Association.

2nd Floor Bathroom Project

Repairs include removal of old melamine wall, replacement of sheet rock, water barrier, concrete backboard, ceramic tiles. New faucets.

Wrought Iron Fence Project

Installation of Fence  on west side of the Chapter house.

Library Renovation - Pierre Koenig

Renovation and installation of works of APX alumnus Pierre Koenig as a dedication to his work, Name that Pierre Koenig Memorial Library.

Woodshop Roof replacement

Removal/Demolition of existing roofing and installing of new plywood, paper, flashing and shingles.

Main House roof installation

Removal/ Demolition and installation of new roof for the main house. including repairs to flashing, removal of deteriorated railings and waterproofing balconies
